Nutrition therapy is counseling to improve eating habits, move towards whole-person health, and make peace with food. Traditional nutrition counseling focuses on what to eat, when to eat, calorie and/or macro tracking, and some form of a diet plan. You won't find any of that here. Instead, we'll go deeper to work through food and body issues in a way that's inclusive of mind, body, spirit, and your individual circumstances and experiences.

Includes 4, 50-minute nutrition therapy sessions and a copy of the book, Born To Eat, as my gift to you. With the Postpartum Wellness Package, you can expect to:

  • Learn how to meet your body’s unique postpartum needs to support healing, recovery, and caring for an infant.
  • Establish or re-establish a healthy relationship with food and your body.
  • Practice using food and nutrition as one tool to cope with postpartum stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Discuss strategies for establishing healthy eating patterns for your child and family.
  • Receive resources and guidelines for introducing solids to your child.

Once you check out, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to a private page to book your appointment. On this page, you'll choose whether you'd like an in person appointment in Nashville, TN, or a video appointment. If this is your first appointment, you'll be emailed all the forms and next step instructions to get ready for our first appointment together.
