WHAT TO EXPECT
Our work together begins the week before your first session. You’ll complete a detailed nutrition assessment questionnaire, along with other forms that outline expectations and resources for our time together and between sessions.
In your first session we’ll review your nutrition assessment and further explore your relationship to food, exercise, self-care and body image. At the end of this session you’ll identify goals that move you toward authentic health and wellness, and we’ll map out next steps to get you there.
In follow up sessions we’ll check in on your goals, troubleshoot new challenges, and explore new resources, tools, and levels of support as needed. You’ll learn how to experience authentic health and wellness without food restriction or body shame, and embrace body acceptance and food freedom that supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
